Rad Reading in Room 1!

In Room 1 we are reading every day with Miss Oldham. During this time we also do a reading rotation and sometimes we do must dos and can dos. Today we got to do must dos and can dos. Miss Oldham draws on the board activities that must be done.  This is what it might look like:

 Poetry books and browsing box reading.

 Finishing our writing goals and do some spelling practice on the chalk boards.

If we can do all our activities quietly Miss Oldham will turn some lights off and put the beautiful butterfly on.

When we finish a must do activity, we write the first letter of our name beside the picture and move on to the next one. 

Once they are all done we get to do fun reading activities like puzzles, word memory, word snap, bingo, reading rockets and silly sentences.
